Dr Howe brings over 35 years of experience as a clinical doctor to his role at Stemedica as Vice President and Medical Director. For the past several years, Dr Howe has been a Post Doctorate Clinical Research Associate working with renowned stem cell researcher and clinical neurologist Nikolay Mironov, MD, PhD, Chairman of the Department of Neurology, Presidents Kremlin Hospital, Moscow, Russia. Dr Howe has participated as a member of two stem cell transplantation teams involved in performing pre-evaluation exams, stem cell transplants and post therapy progress evaluations in the treatment of no-option patients with neurodegenerative diseases.

In addition to the vast experience he has gained in this role, he has also participated in stem cell research including pre-clinical and clinical case studies in the United States and Russia. He has also been an active participant in the development and execution of protocols for pre-clinical and clinical case studies in neurodegenerative diseases and conditions, including stroke, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury and macular degeneration as well as for Cardiomyopathy, burns and wound repair. Under Dr. Howe's supervision, these protocols have been, and continue to be, developed by advanced teams of stem cell scientists, researchers and medical specialist and are organized and prepared to FDA standards.

Dr. Howe is also the founder, principal and Medical Director of the San Diego Clinic of Preventive Medicine, a private medical clinic specializing in the most current treatments in alternative, as well as mainstream medicine. Dr. Howe is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College for Advancement in Medicine, and the American College of Osteopathic Pain Managements and Sclerotherapy and the American Academy of Anti Aging Medicine.
